Is it safe for pets? 

Yes, it is a non-invasive, gentle, and drug-free, non-thermal treatment often used in veterinary settings.

Can I use my human device on my pet?

Yes, handheld devices or pads designed for humans can work, but they must be used carefully, and you should ensure the device does not get too hot.

What conditions does it treat?

It helps with joint pain/arthritis, muscle soreness, skin infections (hot spots), wounds, and injuries.

Does my pet need to wear eye protection? 

While not strictly required if the light isn't aimed directly into the eyes, using pet-safe goggles or avoiding direct eye contact is recommended.

How does it work? 

The light penetrates tissue to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and speed up cell regeneration. 

How long should a session last?

Typical sessions are 3–10 minutes per treatment area, or 10–15 minutes for larger pets

How often should I use it?

It can be used 3–4 times per week or up to twice daily for chronic pain, depending on the severity and manufacturer guidelines.  Regular, daily or weekly sessions provide the best long-term results for chronic conditions like arthritis. Consistency is key.

What are the side effects?

There are generally no negative side effects, though some pets with very sensitive skin may experience minor irritation.
