Qi Wellness Co is a Canadian-based wellness company. Our products are fulfilled through carefully selected manufacturing and logistics partners, including suppliers located in China. This allows us to offer high-quality wellness technology at competitive pricing.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation

  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and preparation for shipment

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Timeframes

 

Shipping times vary depending on destination, product type, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Large items (such as full-body panels or commercial equipment) may require additional transit time.

Shipping Costs

  • Costs vary based on destination, package size, weight, and shipping method

  • Wholesale, bulk, or commercial orders may have separate shipping rates

 

Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Select international destinations

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
