  • Products must be returned in original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and inserts

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used or opened may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Amounts

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for approved returns

  • Restocking fees cover inspection, handling, and processing costs

  • Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

 

Qi Wellness Co is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Defective or Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Provide photos or video documentation

  • If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion

International Returns

 

Due to international fulfillment:

  • Return shipping times may be extended

  • Customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds are processed only after the item is received and inspected

Chargebacks

 

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Qi Wellness Co may result in delayed resolution or denial of refund eligibility.
